As the title says I’m unsure about the placement of rhinestones (all the little colored dots around the edges are rhinestones) I think I want to keep the middle 3 nails how they are but the thumb and pinky have me scratching my head. Any and all help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Going with how the pointer, middle and ring are in pic 2, I think I’d do the top rhinestone on the pinky and bottom rhinestone on the thumb. Not full outline.
