Finally got around to applying my last March PPU bottle. Alicorn by Phoenix. So fun! Feels very Mardi Gras coded.
Base: KB shimmer stay put hydrating base coat
First coat: Hi-Score by ILNP (1 coat)
Topper: Alicorn by Phoenix (3 coats for lots of sparkle)
Top coat: Glisten and Glow QDTC

I love Alicorn as a topper
