This lacquer broke my brain a little bit. The reflective glitter, the teal, and the shifty shimmer are perfection. This is Glitch Lacquer’s Garden on the Beach, and she is absolutely glorious.
Base coat = KB Shimmer’s Feelin’ Groovy

Top coat = ILNP’s Glass Candy
