My skin is oily dehydrated i think? I’ve been using dr althea aqua marine serum & moisturiser for hydration but i feel like these bumps are still here… i also live in a hot humid country so i tend to get oily easily 😭😭

Other products that i also use are orien toner spray, cleansing foam, and sometimes orien moisturiser or dr althea 345 relief cream

Pls tell me how do i get rid of these

Definitely an active ingredient toner! Preferably salicylic acid toner. Forehead bumps are usually bacterial due to dirty pillowcases etc as well but if that’s not the case, i’d say you need a toner with an active ingredient. The one I use is Paula’s Choice BHA & Salicylic Acid Toner. I recommend starting off once a week and working your way up slowly.

ALSO, I want to include that skin gets extra oily when it doesn’t get enough moisture. Try switching to products specifically FOR oily skin and hydration! I hope this helps! xoxo

I would look into a cleanser or toner pads that has BHA’s or LHA’s, chemical acid exfoliants are good for oily acne. Also gel type moisturisers are best for oily skin, I like the PKY ATO gel

those look like closed comedones (whiteheads) which are pretty stubborn to deal with in humid climates. i used to get similar bumps on my forehead when i was using too many hydrating products without proper exfoliation. you might want to add some gentle chemical exfoliant like bha or aha into routine – start slow maybe 2-3 times per week. also make sure you’re not over-moisturizing since oily dehydrated skin can get worse if you pile on too much product. i found that using lighter gel moisturizer in the morning and heavier cream only at night worked better for my skin type.
