As long as you don’t work IN the kitchen with foods I don’t think it’s a problem

What does your contract say about them? Idk where you’re from but here in Germany how long your nails are allowed to be is sometimes set in your work contract for either image or health reasons

Honestly, length like this can be tricky in hospitality 😀 not impossible, but you’ll definitely notice it during busy shifts.

A lot of people in restaurant work stick to shorter almond or short square just because it’s more practical and less likely to break.

If you still want length, a strong builder gel overlay can help a lot with durability — but keeping them slightly shorter usually makes the biggest difference day-to-day.

It’s really more about functionality than looks when you’re working with your hands all the time.
