Hiii! I just started following BKL on instagram and their gradient magnetization for their new colors is GORGEOUS. I’m new to painting my own nails (started in Oct.) and even newer to magnetic polishes. Could someone share how to achieve this look?
Added a pic of their new mind the thorns polish bc ohhh my goshhh it’s so pretty 😍

Glad I’m not the only one wondering about this
Maybe it’s from the Apple Watch charger method? It makes a kind of French tip effect.
I have tried so many ways and still can’t figure out how to make a gradient
I think I saw someone do this by just painting the nail while the fingertip was positioned on a neodymium bar magnet laid horizontally. I haven’t tried it yet myself but this is a good reminder!
The swatcher explained and shared a pic of how she does it on Facebook. She uses a 30-lb horseshoe magnet, with her finger on top of one of the arms. I didn’t understand until I saw the picture.

Question, has anybody tried using the ring shaped magnet on a phone grip to do nail art?
