I'm looking for something like the 1st pic, but I'm having a hard time finding a true red brown glossy lip tint that also stains the lips. I find the shades advertised as "chili" and "brick" shades usually lean more orange like pic 2 or pink like pic 3 for some reason ðŸ˜

Brown pigments don’t stain that strongly, think about how brown eyeshadow (if it does stain) just leaves behind a surface of mars kinda rusty red orange, the color you’re looking for is difficult to formulate as a lip stain. Glosses balms and lipsticks are better suited for that
