I was really excited to try Smoky Cherry, but I feel like the shade might be too bright for me 🥲 The color also looks different on me compared to their pictures, maybe because I have an olive skin tone?

I really like the texture since it’s not drying, but I don’t like the shade

I’ve been trying to convince myself it looks good on me, but I’m not sure anymore

It looks like you applied it very well and opaque over the entirety of your lips, have you tried focusing the pigment on the center of your lips and then blending outward?

  2. I think the shade looks lovely; really brightens up the complexion. Great shade for outings.

It can help to do a lighter, blotted layer or mix it with other colors.

I recommend to never trust color samples from official ads, Korean brands are infamous for altering and filtering advertising pictures or even straight up making them up. Even textures can be shown wrongly.

  4. I feel like a lot of tint shades on the product pages are always misleading. I bought a few tints from dasique and they are obnoxiously bright on me too but they taste really fruity lol so I’ll keep wearing them until they run out but not sure I’ll be buying again. I’m looking into getting a lip base to see if that will mute the color a bit.
