has anyone used the super fine and dense cleansing brushes for a deeper clean of pores like this? i already use acids to exfoliate but i feel like it's still not quite enough for specific spots that still has the darker sebaceous filament heads

i’ve tried a really dense brush like that and it helps a bit, but it’s more about consistency than instant deep cleandon’t press too hard or it can irritate your skin
