Same Ingredients List but Manufactured in Different Countries and Different Size + Cap: Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence

Went to our local Watsons store and SM Beauty section in the Philippines and saw 2 versions of the Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence being sold on the same shelves.

The 1st (left) photos is the Made in Japan one, 70g. The back packaging is in English because they slapped a sticker paper on top of the Japanese text for regulatory requirements.

The 2nd ng 3rd (middle and right) are the same sunscreen Made in Vietnam with 2 size options 50g and 85g.

I’m well aware that Biore and the likes such as Skin Aqua sells different product formulations depending on the country which can be seen by a difference in packaging or even under a different brand (Sunplay for Skin Aqua as an example).

But what I find weird is how they have the exact same ingredients list? Usually when it’s a version made in a different country, the formula itself is different, but it just kinda follows the essence of the original product.

Here on the photos I have, seems like it’s the same thing? same ingredients and whatnot. So I’m wondering if there’s an actual difference in these 2 products aside from the Size difference and the Caps.(Japanese having a flip-top cap and the others in a twist cap)
