Im wondering if anyone has tried this toner and had no reactions or have not broken out from it? I am on the hunt for a new hydrating toner but am afraid it might break me out. I bought the I am from rice toner and sana essence lotion and both gave me horrible milia like spots all over my face. Just looking for something hydrating that won’t cause that reaction. TIA!

I use this on my body during the summer and haven’t had any issues with it.
Regardless of price, I wouldn’t purchase through this listing. It doesn’t look like this product is being sold by the brand.
I have oily acne prone skin and it works beautifully for me. It’s a little boring maybe but ultra reliable, simple, mildly brightening and very hydrating. I’ve gone through so many bottles over the years, my skin looks more calm and plump when I’m using it regularly versus not. I like buying the duo with the mini spray bottle (or you can decant it into a spray bottle of your own, it’s great as a spray because it’s so watery and you can do like a thousand layers). It isn’t groundbreaking but it’s an excellent product
