After seeing a lot of skincare influencers recommend the numbuzin No.9 NAD+ PDRN Glow Boosting Toner I decided I would try it out. I do have somewhat sensitive skin — my skin tends to react mostly to fragrances, but it’s tolerant of many actives.

Sadly, it gave me a bad reaction. It stung when I applied it and overnight little bumps all over my face formed. These bumps are itchy and are densely concentrated around my under-eye and forehead area.

I do highly suspect the fragrance being the culprit — it’s strong. It smells like watered down nail varnish. Why is no one talking about the smell?? How have I not seen one person say they’ve had a bad reaction to it 🙁 I’ve even see people with sensitive skin say it was fine for them.

  1. That’s strange, I’ve almost used a bottle and didn’t even know it had a smell 😄 I couldn’t detect any smell at all?

Didn’t have any sort of reaction to it. It’s a nice, fairly hydrating toner for me but probably won’t repurchase.

Mine doesn’t have a strong smell like that. It just kind of smells toner-ish. I’ve got decently sensitive skin, and it’s been really good for me. Where did you purchase it from? Is it possible you got a fake?
