The Chinese subheading on the left translates to “medicinal makeup water”. So I’m guessing you use this to prep your skin before makeup?
It’s called bigansui lotion. It’s for acne. It’s got lots of alcohol in it. Smells… Like volcanic activity? Bought it once coz the bottle was cute. Not expensive so you’re not throwing piles of money away if you hate it.
