I’m back again lol. This time, a joint post for my makeup and perfume pans for the year. I think I did good for clearing out my older makeup products that had expiry dates in 2025, and overall discovering what works for my oil field of a skin and products that hold up in the tropical climate of my home country, Thailand, where it’s different degrees of summer all year long. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing most of the items in these pictures.

Second row are the perfume I repurposed as air fresheners because they smell too strong on me or didn’t react well with my body chemistry. They’re from a niche local brand, what you see in the bottles are flower petals. No specific names for each scent.
Looking forward to another year of panning for 2026! It’s going to be lip product heavy as it was this year, but I got a few makeup products that I want to focus on before they expire sometime next year.

And again, my love/hate list just in case anybody’s curious.
🫶 Mostly my holy grails
– Canmake Metalook Mascara: as someone with straight Asian lashes that won’t stay up, this thing holds my lashes like no other. Also this survived my full-on crying mental breakdown with no smudges and my lashes are still lifted and in their original clusters.
– Jung Saem Mool cushion: You can’t go wrong with her cushions. This one and the Masterclass Radiant version are my favorites.
– Pond’s Blurring Filler Powder: I’ve used countless of these for years. They used to be 50 grams, now shrunk to 45 grams, but still very cheap and can be bought at 7-11 and the drugstore.
❌ Absolute no repurchase
– Pramy Setting Spray: This doesn’t matte-ify anything on my oily skin, nor does it make my makeup survive. Random, but it also shares the same name as the brand of my cat’s favorite food.
– Saie liquid/cream products: MOLD. “CLeAn BeAuTY”. That’s all I have to say for the blush and bronzer. The Glowy Super Gel isn’t really for my oily skin, but they make the skin look beautiful tho.
🥲 What I wished worked
– Skin scent perfumes: I find that they may not be the best match for my climate. I love the “freshly showered” vibes, but the scent disappears pretty quickly with how hot it gets here.
