Just ordered this and noticed a bunch of small fibers in the mascara. Wanted to make sure this was normal before putting it on my eyes. I have the volume curling mascara and it doesn’t have these fibers.

Yes that’s how the product works, by putting those fibers onto your eyelashes.
It sticks to your lashes and adds volume.
