After 10+ years of looking for an eyeliner that is water, smudge and sebum proof I’m getting desperate.
I’m in Tokyo to enjoy a holiday and get me some good skincare and makeup items and since it’s hot and humid over here I expected good eyeliners. A lot of people recommended ‘Love Liner’ and the package also says smudge, water and sebum proof but after a few hours of wear I get this.. Im aware I have heavy greasy eyelids so I use a primer and innisfree sebum powder to top it off before applying eyeliner.
I’ve tried everything from European brands like KVD tattoo liner, Stila, NYX and only besides MAC liquid-last really nothing works.. Also tried Asian brands like Kiss me heroine and some others but they always smudge!! Is there anything out there for greasy af lids? 😫
