Trouble with Makkart 3D Sculpture Gel

Hi everyone! I’ve been learning to do my own nails for the past 3 months so please be nice I’m very much a beginner. I recently got the Makkart 3D gel sculpture gel off of amazon and it doesn’t seem to behave like any of the videos I’ve seen of people using it. Mine is way more viscous, doesn’t flow or even begin to level, and I can’t achieve any of the 3d designs that I was hoping to. I’m wondering if this is user error or if there’s a different product people suggest I try or maybe if I got a defective batch. I attached some videos of the product and also my attempt to make little rain droplet effects with rhinestones(that look more like warts). I tried heating the product as well and that didn’t help. Anyway thank you and I appreciate any advice.
