Has anyone else experienced this before? It stings only for like 30seconds-1 minute then it goes away but in my mind a soothing toner shouldn’t leave my skin tingling :”)

I just looked at the ingredients and it says it contains citric acid and orange peel oil. Might be why?
Neither of which are calming ingredients, im surprised they label it as calming lol
