saw this on tiktok, but apparently the skin1004 centella sunscreen has been quietly reformulated, and many have been complaining of breakouts with the new formula. the person who posted this on tiktok (@tchaoskin) even said that she isn’t going to be recommending it anymore
does anyone have more information on this? is this reformulation limited to the US or everywhere? I’m a little devastated bc this has been my holy grail sunscreen

Man that sucks, and I’m saving this post because the Skin1004 that I bought a few months ago was breaking me out too! It never used to break me out and it was my holy grail. I got a new 2 pack and all of a sudden it’s giving me zits like?!?! These Korean brands reformulate stuff like mad it’s drives me crazy! I’m checking the ingredients when I get home tomorrow.
This is kinda disappointing, I actually just recently bought it to try for the first time and it’s been irritating my skin to the point of peeling slightly and burning the heck out of the skin around my eyes. I thought it just wasn’t for me, but maybe the reformulation is part of it!
