Long story short, a while ago I got this sample from a Korean store, and I just shrugged it off and thought it was one of those milk toners or rice toners, but it is a beauuutiful essence. Now I don't remember which store I bought it in, and I don't even recognize the brand anyways.
I cut the very top part to open it and use it, so maybe the brand name was there? Idkkk, but if anyone here knows a white milk essence that is super hydrating and has the texture of a cream, please come forward 😭

Second blog says that it’s a hotel brand? It’s either called “eco amenity Polar bear friends” or just “Polar bear friends”.
I found a website but it’s a supplier for hotels. It seems they only sell the single use packets…
