so natural all day tight makeup setting fixx spray – setting spray or fixing spray?

Hello sorry if this is a dumb question, but is this product a fixing spray or a setting spray? It says "setting spray … " on it, but I've seen people and storefronts calling it a fixing spray. I saw a video saying that a setting spray and a fixing spray have different uses so now I'm confused ☹️ especially since the so natural guidelines to use it say to use it before and after makeup
