Honestly both are good to me. They leave my lips moisturized for a few hours. The consistency melts easily and leaves a good film? on top of my lips that I essentially don’t need lip mask at night. However, I would say after a while or maybe my Water in Lip is more than a year old; I noticed it instantly moisturized my lips for a good hour and then it’ll feel dry tighten.
