What’s with this way less quantity than claimed? Is this just how it is supposed to be?

For context: I've used both ONCE – only once, kinda disappointed. Yes, they are new products they had the seal and everything. The BOJ one I got the same one earlier but gave it to my friend, I used it once and it had way more quantity than this (the current one in the pic). They're so expensive but why is it literally half of the bottle ;-; Is this how they're supposed to be?

Ig the BOJ one is alr but the Skin1004? Not cool :(((
