I translated the ingredients with Google Translate and it only has TA, derivates of Vitamin C & E.
Does it work for hyperpigmentation? I do currently use CosRX Alpha Arbutin serum, Dr. Idriss Major Fade Serum, Vitamin C and of course SPF in the morning. I recently started incorporating Dr. Denis Gross Peel Pads. I just wanted some Niacinamide plus TA in the mornings.

Why did you buy it then..? I’m confused. This product never advertised having niacinamide. They have products with niacinamide but not this specific one.
It does have ingredients that can help with hyperpigmentation
It has TXA and a vitamin c derivative, so yes it can still brighten skin.
