I went to Olive Young today to check out the new tints that rom& released for the Sanrio collab. I’m a sucker for brown and brick tones so I had to see how these shades were since mainstream k-beauty usually doesn’t venture into that color palette.
For reference, my skin tone is light medium by western standards, but just a bit too dark for Korean bb cushions. I guess I’d be a 25호 in summer and maybe 23 in winter. I think I’m NC 25 in MAC? No idea about undertones, but my lips are pigmented so a lot of mlbb shades look like nothing on me. 😢
Take aways:
– Was a bit disappointed in the pigmentation of the two brown shades, tanned coco and tanny guava.
– Stain on tanned coco and tanny guava are very faint compared to aloha juicy, the pink based tint.
– All have the same JLT scent and texture.
– Underwhelmed and will not be purchasing.

I just tried them on too and disappointed with the color payoff. I think I am darker than you (Tirtir 27N) so while the colors showed up on my arms it would look like clear gloss on my lips.
I think I will buy Peripera’s new release instead.
