any thoughts on the numbuzin no 3 foam cleanser?

I heard it's "multi use" (as a mask, an exfoliator, and just a foam cleanser) but I'm not sure if it's a gimmick or not. Haven't seen many reviews so I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience w/ this product ^{_^}
