Anyone tried Laniege Gel Cream skin toner?

I think this is a new product because I didnt see many reviews. I bought the wrong thing because I didnt know there were 2 variations.
I only found out when I opened the box and was confused why the color was clear not milky.

So there is cream skin cerapeptide and zincpep. Cerapeptide is the popular one and has a lot of good reviews. I was supposed to get the cerapeptide one, I think Zincpep is a new variation.

Has anyone ever tried zincpep or both?

Can someone give some thoughts on this? From the ingredients I dont think it is intended for dry dehyrated skin, which is my skin type.
