The velvet finish was my favorite thing ever, and of course it’s been discontinued. Does any other sunscreen have that finish? Other “matte” sunscreens I’ve tried are oil-absorbing but still look shiny right after application, because my skin is shiny when it’s freshly washed.

Celimax Oil Control Light Sunscreen is a very good one. It has very similar performance as the Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun but is a hybrid sunscreen and better blendability.
