I bought both of these Jam brand soaps from the same seller on Amazon. The bars are clearly different. Why?

Can someone explain why one is slightly smaller and darker? They both also look so different from a different one I got a while ago that had like orange chunks of something in it.

Both "ingredients list" say they have exactly the same ingredients but they are clearly not the same.
