For reference I use Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence (2024 version) but it makes my skin MORE oily and I break out. Anyone else try any other brands like the Skin Aqua or another Biore sunscreen?
Are there any with skincare-like benefits that control acne prone skin and truly don’t clog pores on sensitive skin?
I’ve been struggling to find a new sunscreen but i haven’t stopped wearing it even with it causing acne cause it’s so important!
Posting this to let people talk about their sunscreen experiences and journeys too!

NOTE: I have read the Suncreen FAQ and have done research but these listed are also new sunscreen options so i’d like people to let me know their experiences!
Aqua Rich was one I picked while looking at the FAQ and I definitely see the benefits that other people enjoyed!

If there’s anything I’ve learned, there isn’t something that’s 100% non comedogenic for everyone. I think it’s a marketing tactic. It all depends on what your skin is and how it reacts to things, and I’ve said this because I spent a long time buying products mentioned as non comedogenic because I’m incredibly acne prone only to realize that did not matter and some broke me out anyway.
I think there are other factors, like how dry or oily your skin is, how sensitive to alcohols and fragrances is, how accessible is it for you, etc.
I’ve personally tried Skin Aqua, BoJ, Skin1004, Isntree and a couple others. Skin Aqua is my current favourite because it comes in a big bottle, doesn’t leave a white cast or residual and doesn’t leave me looking greasy. But I’ve had different successes with all of them.
Skin Aqua moisture milk. Unfortunately discontinued
