Not sure where you are from but I can see it available on ebay and amazon jp for me (Canada). They’re called Wonjungyo Nude Eyelash Mascara
It’s wonjungyo’s mascara, you can get it at Japan’s Loft, @cosme. The makeup artist is a Korean but somehow the brand is only available in Japan.
At where I’m at now (SEA), they’re available on Shopee and Lazada
