Has anyone tried out this toner mist? I’m wondering if this works over makeup, or if it’s on the thicker side. I’m on the hunt for a hydrating mist that doesn’t break down makeup.
FYI I have combo sensitive skin. I’m currently experiencing dehydration and healing from an eczema flare up. My makeup base is typically medium to medium buildable coverage.

I don’t see a lot of reviews about this. My understanding is that it’s better-known in Korea and not globally. I am wondering if it is more of a toner in mist form, or more of a mist (whichever is better over makeup).
