Has anyone experienced discoloration with Peripera tints?

This is the Peripera Ink Mood Glowy Tint in shade 23 Coral Chemistry. I opened it about three months ago.

Recently, I started noticing dark spots appearing around the opening of the container where it's most exposed to air. At first, I assumed it was just dust from the outside, so I wiped the applicator and the opening clean. But a few days later, I noticed the same thing again.

When I swatched it, the formula looked thickened and clumpy rather than contaminated with mold or other foreign particles. It seems more like a case of discoloration than contamination.

Three months isn’t that long, so I wasn’t expecting this to happen. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this tint, either with this specific shade or from the same line? I’m wondering if this is just how the formula is, or if I ended up with a bad batch.
