Girl you’re not supposed to put it on your neck.
Edit: I watched a video EuniUnni interviewing a VT rep and they said they don’t recommend it on the neck since skin is thinner and more sensitive
Skin on your neck and the whole decolletage area is very thin and delicate. I also get rashes there and not my face
