Oh no… now… there was an issue. Nearly 2 weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, even though I had made sure everything was in stock before ordering.
I reached out to Stylevana’s customer service with very low expectations, thanks to you guys too — either no response or a useless, robotic one. After all, YesStyle’s customer service had been disappointing as well.
I was prepared for a battle… 🤺
But never in my life did I expect a professional, *tailored* response within 24h from an — apparently — actual human being who cared, understood my issue, and offered reasonable solutions?!
Yes, my flabber was truly gasted, so I had to make a post about it immediately.
