Has anyone tried contacting Facetory support before?

I used to buy Facetory boxes all the time pre 2021 before I was pregnant and I loved them!

I'm trying to get back into it and I'm not only disappointed it's only their products but they sent a sleep mask that expires in a month.

I've tried contacting them but after a week, no one has gotten back to me. Have any of you had a similar problem or gotten a bad product?
