What is the difference between these two Hada Labo Shirojyun lotions?

For context, I used to have the second picture (dark blue) in the Lotion Rich variant, but I have recently emptied it. So, I repurchased it from a different shop, but got the first picture (light blue) instead. Are they two different products or is the first one just a reformulation/new bottle of the second one?
