So a few days ago I ordered some things from Stylevana, and today I got this email asking for supporting documents, because my package got held for a “compliance inspection”. It’s my third time ordering with them, and I’ve never seen anything like that before. I looked up the company that sent me this email (Customs Compliance YCC), and technically something like that does exist, but the info I found wasn’t super informative and a little vague. On top of that, the info about my order doesn’t completely check out with what I actually ordered from them. My order was around 55€, not what they said here, but the parcel ID is consistent with the track and trace code I received from Stylevana.
For now I decided to just wait and see if I get another message, but in the meantime I wanted to ask, has anyone here ever dealt with something like that? Does it seem legit?
