CO Bigelow’s Menthe Lip Balm 2x. Comes out very shiny, like a gloss and has a tingly feeling to it as soon as you put it on. Obviously due to the strong mint. Had this for several years and it felt like I would never pan it. Farewell, CO Bigelow (mint gigolo 😛 )
