Hi everyone! I’ve never made my own post on this sub, but I hit a small milestone this weekend with my Makeup By Mario Master Mattes palette. I hit the teeny, tiniest pan in the soft white shade. This particular shade has been a work horse for me over the past few months as I use it to highlight under my eyebrows and brighten my inner corners every time I do eye makeup. Every day use over two months go me to this point (pictured).
I’m trying (with some successes and setbacks) to overcome a makeup shopping addiction and really learn to use and appreciate what I have. Seeing the little dent eventually become a pan was a fun game for me, and I’m really proud of it. I honestly cannot remember the last time I panned any powder product! Maybe when I used the crap out of a pink shimmer shade in a $6 Catrice palette every day for work in 2015.
This palette is mostly ok. I don’t love it or dislike it, so I don’t have goals of panning every shade. Maybe a few more. 🙂
