Visited the dermatologist in Japan and was prescribed this. Apparently it’s commonly prescribed for off label uses as a moisturizer.
It’s a light weight watery lotion, and moisturizes so well, it’s probably the most moisturizing thing I ever put on my face. It leaves a slight tacky finish. The active ingredient is Heparin 0.3%.
Does anyone have experience with it, and have it prescribed in the US as a moisturizer?
