Hi! Not sure if this is a new product but I know everyone raves about the Tir Tir toner but I haven't heard much about this product. Tir Tir claims that's it doesn't have any water which is good for stability but when I look at the ingredients list it shows water, just further down? Not sure if this is considered less and needed just for formulation purposes. I'm still not a fan of the dropper bottle as well, sigh.
Curious if anyone has had any experience with how well it works and whether it oxidizes quickly or even insight into the ingredients.
