My skin is super dry and gets irritated easily, so if I don't hydrate and cool it down first, my makeup looks terrible. No matter how much moisturizer I used, my makeup always looked patchy. But since I started using a toner pack before makeup, everything goes on smoothly and stays put!!! You can soak some cotton pads in toner and keeping them in a small container. It’s a lifesaver for dry skin!!!
