I can’t seem to understand what are those in my temples. It’s a very problematic area

You need to exfoliate and hydrate your skin, and also you’ll need something that addresses bacteria. I’d suggest a gentle gel cleanser, a BHA or AHA toner, and a good vitamin c serum. I suggest a gel or light moisturizer so as to not clog your skin. If you can get to a dermatologist, prescription trentinoin would be your friend. You might also get a gentle benzoyl peroxide gel/cream.
If you can go and get a monthly facial from a good aesthetician – or even once a month for 1-3 months, that would also help get your skin balanced.
Good luck!
