over the past couple weeks I have been trying my hardest not to bite my nails. I’ve put on a practically clear biab but I think I applied it too thin so I was still able to pick it off and even though the gel is chipped, you cannot notice unless you look up close. So I think the solution would be to paint my nails a more visible colour so this way, if I do pick at, it will be noticeable and will hopefully deter me from doing it further. But I’m not sure what colour to paint them, so if anyone knows what colour would look flattering on them, please leave your ideas below. Any ideas and thoughts are welcome, thank you!!

When I get to this size, I often pack it with loads of glittery polish! The feel of glitter in my mouth after biting it deters me a lot from biting it lol. And I would also use gel to give it some thickness, to avoid any more breaking or biting 🙂
You can buy icky tasting pots that you dip your nails in, so if you bite them it tastes gross. It didn’t work for me but it might help?
Go for a light colour or nude it will open up the space, darker colours will make it seem smaller. Tour nail beds aren’t looking really short so it’ll look lovely x
When I have nubbins, I go with either a bold pop like black or neon pink or full on glitter, or for a gentle nude.
