This is the Whip Premium face wash (charcoal variant I think). I know it looks like a Perfect Whip knock off, but can I just say, it is much less stripping! Bought 2 of the blue ones and 2 of the black ones at a Donki in my last Japan trip. I believe it’s more affordable as well. Last photo grabbed from google for reference!
