I understand this toner may not be heard of before since this is brand from Singapore. Ive been using this toner for years and it works really well on my skin regardless the situation. Its has a watery texture, slightly similar to COSRX propolis toner, which i like. I find it decently hydrating and it does not feel sticky at all. For those who used it before, are there any other alternatives similar to this one?
