anyone else experience this type of breakout with the skin1004 probio-cica ampoule?

I know this product has been flagged to not be fungal acne safe but I don’t know if this is fungal acne…

I got a similar effect when i tried estroblock pills. I was hoping this would help heal my skin because the pills really did a doozy on me and i’ve also been experiencing dryness/ flakiness

I did a one-night patch test on my chin and then went full throttle morning and night for a couple days (not very intellectual of me). I felt like my skin was going back to normal with the bumps on my forehead being almost gone, but pretty soon after trying this i noticed the bumps coming back, and then it spread to the rest of my face and my skin felt sensitive/irritated but not itchy.

Luckily I stopped using it a week ago and my skin is slowly starting to heal, but i would still like some insight on what type of breakout this was. I heard about product acne but i also have rosacea and i wonder if it was a flare up that triggered acne??? I don’t know..

Anyways if you have any ideas please let me know, or if you also had a similar experience with this product do you know what specific ingredient caused it? Not sure if it’s from the fermented stuff or the fatty acids
