My mom had been using this Neogen real fresh foam and noticed that nothing is coming out anymore despite it looking (and feeling) not empty. Upon closer inspection, it seems like the bottom bit is filled with cranberries + cleaning foam that is not accessible. Is this final bit not usable? It feels quite wasteful if so (and perhaps more difficult to recycle?)
