hi, does anyone know the differences between the water bank blue HA gel cream in the white bottle (pic1) and the water bank HA blue cream in the blue bottle (pic2)?
they're both gel consistency and when i checked the ingredients for both, they were pretty much listing the same things.
is one an older formula? a limited edition? someone please explain
